I honestly wouldn't be surprised if 500+ people have heard it at this point, all of them walking away being entertained and thinking something positive about your company. While it's still in its infancy, now would be a perfect time for one of us to jump in a coin the catchphrase for this type customer to corporation interaction.... Congratulations on finding the right avenue though. I've heard similar horror stories about AT&T, Comcast, and others who won't give satisfaction through regular support channels, but when grievances are aired on twitter resolutions come quick.
